Kami – sprits that are
worshiped in the religion of Shinto. They are elements in nature, animals,
creational forces in the universe, as well as spirits of the revered deceased
animistic spiritual realities.
Yokai - supernatural monsters in Japanese folklore. The word yōkai is made up of the kanji for "bewitching; attractive; calamity" and "apparition; mystery; suspicious. ( radical continuity between the seen and the unseen worlds of the natural order combines submlime force of nature KAMI with the grotesque and absurd YOKAY.
