I always admire in short films. They have a very strong method to show for the audience the main idea in a very short time. 
I recently watched short film called NEXT FLOOR, it is directed by Villeneuve. 

This movie starts with very spooky music tones, some people sit at a table and eat on and on. Some grotesque people sitting around a table eating some rather grotesque things. They cant stop eating. When they reach necessary amount of food (which sometimes looks very ugly and disturbing) they fall in to another floor. In the final piece they just can not stop falling.

This movie is about the abundance in peoples life. That people always want to have everything even they do not need it even other people from the third countries has nothing like this.

Movie itself is a very high level. The main idea and execution are very strong and interesting to look. Colour in video gives mystery and those people sitting around the table are like the classic stereotypes of society.

Overall, this short movie I liked very much, because it is not crowded and just elegant with a strong idea.
