For the first ever After Effects lesson we needed to find a video which you like and look how it is made. I chose The Peach Kings - Mojo thunder because I liked how it is shown the connection between family head and a son.
"The story is about my relationship with my own father and I modeled a lot of this around what I saw in myself and father, and realizing some parallels in our lives and behaviours. Maybe we as men are defined by our times."
It admired me with unique execution in animation by using hand-drawn. Most of animation was done with the PhotoShop. Texture, colours and music make this animation just perfect.
Black shades give for a short movie mysterious and depression atmosphere. It helps to show grey reality of the people relationship and depressed life of this guy. Also easy and innocent erotic gives for animation unfulfilled dreams impression.
